No way! Our approach is extremely gentle and very safe. Most people leave the office feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and ready to take on the stressors of everyday life.

How long will I have to come for?

We see chiropractic care as  way of life, along with eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise and sleep. Many of our patients experience changes immediately, and continue their care to stay healthy.

What should I expect on my first visit?

On your first visit, Dr. Rachel will review your health history with you, complete a spinal exam and discuss your health goals.

Our focus is on optimizing the health of your nerve system. Our experience shows that as we release stored stress and tension in the body, the body finds balance and experiences accelerated healing. 

Do you take insurance?
We are an out of network provider. We are more than happy to work with you to be directly reimbursed by your insurance company by providing you with super-bills upon request. Our office is committed to providing affordable services.
